ABSTRACT
L’obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di migliorare la competitività, organizzazione e gestione efficiente delle risorse ed efficientamento economico della filiera frumento-prodotti trasformati e prodotti avvicendati attraverso introduzione di innovazioni tecnologiche intersettoriali per la produzione di frumento duro di qualità in biologico, sua certificazione volontaria per la qualità tecnologica e fitosanitaria e sua trasformazione in prodotti di qualità certificata attraverso un modello di filiera corta, incoraggiando la ristrutturazione e l’ammodernamento ed aumentare la quota di mercato.
