Launched in the academic year 2013-2014 – following the unification of the two previous legal workshops on simulated judgement (GIUSI) and legal argumentation (ARGO) – the J-ARGO workshop aims to enhance, on the one hand, the ability to analyse legal texts and judgements and, on the other hand, the ability to elaborate legal arguments.
