The course provides a solid interdisciplinary education in the food, wine, and oenological sectors, training graduates capable of operating in all stages of the supply chain from production to consumption of food and wine products. This includes ensuring hygiene and health safety, product quality, as well as their preservation and distribution.

The course is professionally oriented with a practical and applied approach, allowing for easy and rapid integration into the workforce.

  • Training Objectives

    The course allows students to acquire a solid interdisciplinary preparation in the food, wine, and enology sector, enabling them to operate in all stages of the supply chain from production to consumption of food and wine products. This includes the ability to ensure hygiene and safety standards, as well as product quality, conservation, and distribution.

    The course is professionally oriented with a practical and applied approach, facilitating an easy and rapid integration into the workforce.

  • Career Prospects

    • Professional in companies in the food, viticulture, and oenology sectors, as well as in public and private entities involved in analysis, certification, and control activities.
    • Biochemical technician, Oenologist.
    • The Viticulture curriculum enables qualification for the profession of Oenologist.
  • Further Education

    • Master of I level.
    • Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology (LM-70).
    • Master’s Degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (LM-69) and related fields.

    The course offers two curricula: Food Industries and Viticulture and Enology.
