Opening of university cafeterias

Dear students,

on September 16, the Riello university cafeteria (located here) reopened, and on September 23, the San Sisto cafeteria (located here) will also reopen. Both cafeterias are managed by DISCo Lazio, through the catering company CIR Food.

The cafeteria service is available to all students enrolled at the University of Tuscia (including PhD students), upon registration via the “DiSCo Mensa App.” All information regarding registration and meal costs can be found at this link.

In recent years, the cafeteria contract has focused on making the menu more sustainable, featuring organic products, items from integrated farming, and DOP and IGP certified goods, while ensuring a balanced nutritional intake. Additionally, a variety of meals are available to cater to different needs. Apart from the complete meal, it is possible to select menus with just a first course, side dish, fruit, and bread, or a menu with only a second course, side dish, fruit, and bread, as well as vegetarian and allergen-free meals.

You can check the daily menu at this link.

As part of the activities of the RUS Cibo group, which aims to promote sustainable food management in the university setting, the University encourages the use of the cafeteria as a place for the university community to gather, offering students a balanced and high-quality nutritional intake.

We hope to see many of you at the cafeteria!
