Subsection containing data and information pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3, of Law No. 69/2013: “The experimenting entities identify and make public on their institutional website, within twelve months from the date of entry into force of this decree, the cases in which the issuance of authorizations of competence is replaced by a communication from the interested party.”

Activities Subject to Control

Subsection containing data and information pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 3-bis, of Law No. 69/2013 as converted by Law 98/2013: “…Activities of enterprises for which the competent public administrations do not consider authorization, certified notification of start of activity, with or without affidavits, or mere communication necessary are not subject to control. Public administrations are required to publish on their institutional website the list of activities subject to control. Regions and local authorities, within their competences, adjust their regulations to the provisions of this paragraph.”
