Budget Office

Activities of the Office:

  • Single budget – University closing (checks, time-sheets, adjustments and closures, preparation of acts for university bodies, support to spending centers)
  • Updating and monitoring, within the service’s competence, of the administrative accounting internal control system also with an integrated perspective with the PTPC
  • Preparation of annual and three-year budget and budget forecasts
  • Collection and monitoring of contributory income trends (students)
  • Definition of parameters and adjustment of the configuration of the EASY accounting management system – monitoring
  • Compliance with the single budget towards external entities

Management Control Office

Activities of the Office:

  • Implementation and development of the CO.AN. system
  • Management of analytical accounting data and management indicators
  • Linking budget resources to integrated plan objectives
  • Periodic monitoring of trends and analysis of discrepancies
  • Forecasting, monitoring, and analysis of overall university revenues (including FFO)
  • Forecasting, monitoring, and analysis of personnel expenses and relationship with revenues (Legislative Decree 49/2012)
  • Support for strategic planning at the university level
  • Financial planning for investment coverage
  • Analysis of the efficiency of university activities and structures (cost/benefit analysis)
