The office is located at the University Rectorate – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.

The Office performs the following functions:

  • Support in the internationalization activities of study programs and in the organization of events to promote international educational projects
  • Recruitment of international students and management of the related information flow
  • Support for international students enrolling in study programs
  • Support for international study program coordinators and those with structured mobility
  • Support in relations with incoming international students and in the management of related procedures
  • Support in the promotion and management of structured mobility or double degree agreements, within its competence
  • Management of relationships with foreign universities and visiting delegations for double degrees, structured mobility programs, and joint degrees, as well as the internal follow-up process
  • Management of relationships with foreign educational institutions and visiting delegations
  • Analysis of data related to students enrolled in international and structured mobility study programs and preparation of reports for governing bodies at least annually
  • Promotion and internal communication
  • Monitoring activities and verifying the results obtained
