 Communication and Orientation Office

The Office is located at the Rectorate of the University – Via S. Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo (2nd floor).

The office performs the following functions:

  • Development of plans and projects to promote the university’s image.
  • Activities related to drafting informative material about courses of study and student guides.
  • Support in drafting the University’s communication plan.
  • Management of the visual identity system of the university brand.
  • Management of orientation activities for new students, orientation meetings at the University and high schools.
  • Event organization.
  • Support to the Departments for orientation and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring of the university websites for content updates.
  • Scheduling of entrance exams.
  • Management of the university’s social media channels.

The office is open to the public from 09:00 to 12:00.
