The Legal Office carries out the following activities:

  • Regulatory updates;
  • Legal advice;
  • Instruction for the preparation and modification of university regulatory acts and publication;
  • Litigation management;
  • Extrajudicial activities and tax mediation;
  • Credit recovery management;
  • Participation in bankruptcy proceedings;
  • Administrative management of administrative fines related to student fees;
  • Administrative management of disciplinary procedures and support for the Disciplinary Board;
  • Administrative management of procedures under the jurisdiction of the Ethics Committee;
  • Updating of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
