Morning – 09:00 – 13:00

Functions and activities of the office:

The accounting office performs the following functions:

  • Maintenance of the central administration’s accounting records
  • Salary accounting
  • Activities related to the Credit Certification Platform
  • Monitoring of the Payment Timeliness Indicator
  • Management of outflows with final issuance of payment orders
  • Relations with the cashier institute and verification and regularization of charges to the University’s account and allocation to cost centers
  • University final accounting (verification of Amcen accounting entries)
  • Support on accounting documentation for project reporting
