EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS OFFICE – Responsible: Paolo Alfredo Capuani

The Office is located in the complex of S. Maria in Gradi, via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo, on the first floor of the Rectorate Building. Vehicle access is from via Sabotino and via della Pila.

Opening hours to the public: Monday to Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Thursday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

The structure performs the following functions:

• Management of the initial and periodic accreditation system of study programs (AVA System)
• Admission procedure for locally programmed courses
• Mangement of research doctorates
• Management of Specialization Schools
• Management of University curricular internships
• Management of urban gardens in master’s courses
• International Course Offerings in Coordination with the International Students Office
• Management of resources from the MUR Young Fund for interventions supporting degree programs of national interest
• Monitoring the execution of agreements for the funding of doctoral scholarships subscribed to and managed at the central administration level
