Tutoring

Tutoring encompasses a wide range of support activities aimed at making university studies more effective and productive for the student community.

The purpose of the service is to provide a wide array of information and advice so that students can fully benefit from what the Department offers. This service is mainly carried out by two dedicated figures: the student tutor and the faculty tutor.

Responsibilities of the Student Tutor

  • Collaborate on various orientation initiatives directed towards high school students.
  • Welcome and assist first-year students for a smooth transition to university studies.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to students throughout their study program.
  • Offer information and advice on organizing the academic path.
  • Promote university activities.
  • Liaise with the Academic Office.

Students can quickly receive support and assistance from student tutors regarding:

  • Enrollment procedures.
  • Issues with electronic student records.
  • Problems with exam registration.
  • Forms for internships and recognition of internships.
  • Completion of online individual study plans.
  • Access to the student portal.

Who can contact the Student Tutor?

All students enrolled in a degree program in the Department DEIM.
