The Social Media Management Laboratory aims to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills regarding strategies, languages, target audiences, and the communication effects of a campaign carried out in the social media environment. The course will analyze the various relational practices implemented in the most popular social networks and explore what communication strategies for information and promotion can be adopted both by institutions and commercial brands.
