Urban green spaces are increasingly important for improving quality of life, especially in the context of climate change. This requires proper planning and management, supported by the right tools. The landscape of technologies for urban green management is evolving rapidly, incorporating tools from other fields such as sensors, machinery, geomatics, digitization, modeling, robotics, and artificial intelligence. The seminar will provide an overview of the available technologies and their applications.

 The webinar is part of the seminar series “Towards Green Horizons”, organized within the framework of the D.I.Ver.So. excellence project.
The Order of Agronomists and Foresters of Viterbo will award 0.25 CFP for each seminar, while the Territorial College of Agricultural Experts and Graduates of the Province of Rome will recognize 2 CFP for each seminar.
Participation also counts towards the 24 hours of mandatory training for public employees. Students and PhD candidates will earn 2 CFU after passing the final exam, to be held in December.
