One Health – Prevention and control of vector-borne diseases
17 may | Aula Magna

The roundtable, organized in collaboration with ASL Viterbo and IZS Lazio e Toscana, aims, through a One Health approach, to share knowledge regarding vector-borne diseases, such as mosquitoes, sandflies, ticks, etc., highlighting current and foreseeable risks, also in the perspective of climate change. The purpose is to provide not only professionals but the entire community with useful information for the prevention and management of such issues in terms of both management and behavior. Increased social involvement in all areas is essential for effective control of these diseases and is therefore crucial for the protection of public health and the environment.
