    • Tenure track Assistant Professor of agricultural economics at University of Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy, since 2022. PhD in Economics and Local Development (obtained in 2012) with a background of agricultural studies. Coordinator of a consortium of 27 partners in the ongoing H2020 project LOWINFOOD, focusing on the demonstration of innovations for food loss and waste prevention. Research areas include the sustainability of food supply chains and food loss and waste prevention at different levels of the chain, with an applied approach and several long-term collaborations with actors of Italian food chains. Lecturer of Food marketing and Food economics. Author of 41 Scopus-indexed articles, counting over 1.000 citations and a h-index of 18.
